When the Toyota Prius hit the streets as the first mass marketed hybrid, consumers loved the idea of the hybrid, but they didn’t necessarily like the look of the car. This led to other automakers just working hybrid technology into existing models and marketing it as the same ol’ vehicle with better mileage. According to NADAguides, one of the leading providers of vehicle information in the U.S. market, the sixth-generation 2011 Hyundai Sonata sedan represents the most fun-to-drive vehicle that Hyundai has ever produced and ”the model incorporates nicely executed styling cues which make the vehicle stand out from many of its rivals,” which are models like the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.
